All About Flowers

155 Heath Rd, Twickenham TW1 4BH, UK – 020 8744 0641

My wedding venue, Chiswick House and Gardens, have an accredited list of suppliers that you have to work with for your wedding. At first I was apprehensive about working with such a limited list of suppliers, however, I am so glad this was the case as we got to find out about All About Flowers. From my first email regarding a wedding enquiry, Eloise and her team have been so quick and efficient to get back to me. On my wedding day, the flower arrangements were unbelievably breathtaking and I wish I could have preserved my wedding bouquet to last forever.. It was so stunning! They did an amazing job bringing the brief to life, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is considering a florist to work with. To the loveliest and kindest team, thank you so much for making our wedding dream a reality!

Eloise did such stunning flowers for our wedding and wedding blessing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service to anyone, for any occasion. We had so many compliments on the lovely arrangements and we were so happy to have gone for All About Flowers.

Bramble & Moss

64 Hill Rise, Richmond TW10 6UB, UK – 020 8332 2268

My wife has received many bouquets from Bramble & Moss and they are always beautiful. I've also sent / bought flowers from them numerous times and have always been very pleased. They recently moved to the shop next door and have created a really wonderful display. I would recommend without hesitation.

I called this florist for the first time earlier today to see if would be possible to deliver flowers as a surprise to friends who were lunching at the Ivy Cafe in Richmond. 20 minutes later, despite the shop being closed the friends called me, absolutely delighted with what they described as "absolutely beautiful flowers" delivered to them personally while at lunch. I didn't get the name of lady on the phone when I called, but she was helpful, charming, interested in my request and absolutely overachieved on expectations - I could actually hear her smiling at the thought of it. Internet shopping; it's convenient, but this could never be achieved without a personal caring touch, thank you, I am so grateful.

Rose & Mary

197 Amyand Park Rd, Twickenham TW1 3HN, UK – 07958 293130

5* Top of the top!!! Have to say Rose & Mary are the very best! Leonoor was amazing was totally relaxed and professional in every way! Made me feel totally relaxed with her organising my wedding flowers. I can truly see that they have plenty of experience and making sure I stay in my budget but get the very best lush flowers... my wedding wouldn’t of been the best day ever without those flowers the mind blowing displays every where, people even took every single one quality flowers and displays looked the part. Would highly recommend and would definitely be recommending and using again for other occasions. Thank you so much for being a part of making my day so special xxx

Couldn’t recommend enough! So easy to work with and such beautiful bouquets.

Tips - Caring for your flowers once they are delivered

Placing your flowers in vase half to two thirds full with lukewarm water, will help closed buds to start opening.

  • Be careful when un-wrapping a hand-tied bouquet as it is delivered in a water bubble to keep the flowers fresh.
  • Arranging your flowers in cold water should be avoided as this can reduce the their life in the vase.
  • Avoid puting flowers in metal or aluminium containers - glass is ideal. Keep your flowers in a cool location, away from draughts, direct heat or sunlight. Arrange once unwrapped
  • Your flowers may take up to 24 hours after being placed in water to reach their full potential.
  • Strip off all excess foliage and leaves below the water level to reduce any harmful bacteria within the water.
  • Bacteria can block the stem and stop the flowers taking up the water.unwrap. Flowers like their stems trimmed. So, trim them, at an angle with a knife (rather than scissors) by an inch or so. When trimming stems, always cut at an angle of roughly 45degrees; this increases the surface area allowing your flowers to absorb more water.
  • If a Rose starts to droop at the head, re-cut the stem, wrap the head in paper to support it upright and plunge 5cms of the stem into boiling water for about 30seconds. Cut the stem again and place in deep cold water for two hours.trim

Most orders are accompanied by a sachet of cut flower food which will encourage buds to open and help to prolong the life and beauty of your flowers. Top up regularly with water and flower food, removing any fading flowers. Ensure the floristry foam used in arrangements is moist and topped up daily; this helps to prolong the life and vibrancy of your arrangements.
